Existing Use Rights
- Location - Frankton
- Council - Hamilton City
The activity was operated as a wholesale trade retail ”shop”, where plumbers and builders would purchase goods for their projects, plus general public as well from the 142m2 retail area.
The application for existing use rights was to operate a trade supply in the existing building on the site. It was concluded that pursuant to Section 10 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the overall use of the site for trade supply purposes was lawfully established, and the nature, scale and intensity of the site as a result of the change from one business to another will not differ.
