The application is to construct 3 duplex dwellings and a single dwelling unit on the site. This will create a total of 7 residential units on the site. There will be one access point off the Road which will adjoin the boundary shared with another lot.

There will be a mixture of single and double storey buildings on the site, with the duplex on the southwest site of the site being double storey. There will be a mixture of 4 two bedroom units, 2 three bedroom units and a three bedroom dwelling. The two duplexes containing two bedroom units will contain a bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry and single car garage. The 2 three bedroom duplexes and the single dwelling unit will contain a bathroom, on-suite to one of the bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry and double car garage.

Each site will contain an outdoor living area measuring 60m² that will be accessible from the living room of the associated unit and a service area measuring 20m²

There will be a 1.8m high fencing erected between each unit on the site that will provide privacy between the units. Landscaping will be planted around the site to provide additional privacy along the accessway.
