The applicant is seeking consent to upgrade the Accessory buildings by adding a shed to store tractors mowers, general farm equipment and boat.

The Consent Holder shall ensure that the total area of impervious surfaces on-site does not exceed 3,106m².

The Consent Holder shall ensure that the total gross floor area of the accessory building does not exceed 311.4m².

The fill area is 755m2 with the total earthworks coming in at 975m3; having 115 truck loads.

The contractor will comply with appropriate Traffic Management Plan for the work.

The Consent Holder shall be responsible for all contracted operations related to the exercise of any resource consent, and shall ensure contractors are made aware of the conditions of the resource consent relevant to their work area and comply with those conditions.

Taking above into consideration the effects will be less than minor.

During earthworks, the hours of operation shall be limited to the days of Mondayto Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 5:00pm and Saturday 7:30am and 1:00pm, except for public holidays where no earthworks shall be undertaken. No earthworks shall be undertaken on Sundays.
