Given the level of compliance with the other standards for the Residential zone it was considered that the proposal would have the visual appearance and level of effects consistent with what the District Plan envisages for such development. The level of density, site coverage height of buildings, service courts, height in relation to boundary, setbacks, and the provisions of on-site parking, were all generally consistent with what the Plan provided for in the Residential zone.
Therefore in accordance with section 95B(3)b) as no parties were considered to be adversely affected since they have been consulted and consents obtained; and the adverse effects were considered to be no more than minor, this proposal processed on a non-notified basis in accordance with Section 95.
