The proposal was to reduce the size of the dairy and to add a relocatable house at the back of the shop. The total area of the dairy now came to be 108m2, and a four-bedroom house was located with appropriate parking spaces, and other services.

Running the dairy for 14 years, the applicant has experienced that the requirement for 6 parking spaces was overkill. Most of the customers are the neighbours who just walk to the shop and those who come by car they park their cars along the 6 parking bays provided along the highway on both sides.
