Warehouse and Office

Location - Albany
Council - Auckland

The proposal is to establish a warehouse of 1500m2 with office of 615m2, a total of 2100m2; associated with parking, loading and landscape areas. The access will be one-way ingress-egress with parking in the front and sides of the office building, loading will be in the front the Admin block. There will be approximately 25 staff in the distribution warehouse and 7 staff in the offices. The hours of operation will be from 8am to 5pm.
